Spencer B. Heintz

Spencer was born and raised in Manatee County, Florida. Spencer has always possessed a very competitive nature. From a young age, Spencer began playing football and baseball which developed his competitive spirit and abilities to lead a team. This life-long passion to compete and excel in everything he does makes Spencer a very effective advocate for his clients.

Prior to attending law school, Spencer received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida State University, along with a minor in Business. Spencer went on to receive his J.D. from Barry Law School in Orlando, Florida.

During law school, Spencer worked with Gulf Coast Legal Services where he provided pro bono services to individuals in need of legal aid. His work with Gulf Coast Legal Services gave him an in-depth perspective of just how important access to the justice system is. Spencer also served as an intern at the prestigious Cochran Law Firm in Orlando, Florida. As an intern at the Cochran Law Firm, Spencer gained tremendous experience in civil litigation through his work on everything from mass tort claims to product liability lawsuits.

When Spencer isn’t fighting for accident victims, he enjoys playing recreational tennis, soccer, and golf. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with his family. Spencer is a member of the Manatee County Bar’s Young Lawyers Division.
